Sprouter 1 Litre CUP STYLE

The Easy-Sprout Sprouter    

1 Litre sprouting capacity                    

 Use a liquid water cleanser used to improve and protect water sources for birds during sprouting  such as Aviclens or Multi-Clens sold separately

 LARGE DELUXE SUPERFOOD SPROUTING METHOD: Click smaller fine seed insert into base of larger sprout cup with drain holes 1/3^rd fill the smaller measuring cup with well rinsed STAGE 1 SPROUTING MIX, pour into sprouting cup. Place sprouter cup with sprouts inside water cup, fill with warm water. Seal plain lid without holes onto both cups. Place in a warm place/on window sill for 12 hours, rinse well, shake ingredients and repeat. In 24 hours from start, add ½-2/3 cup of well rinsed STAGE 2 SPROUT MIX, repeat soak for a further 24 hours, rinsing at 12 hours, shake and refill with warm water. Then remove sprout cup insert from water cup, rinse sprouts well, place sprout cup with sprouts back into empty water cup, sitting on rim to raise for drainage. Place measuring cup on top upside down. Repeat rinse and shake with warm water in 12 hours, drain well again. Check how the sprouts are germinating and remove after approximately 24 hours after final rinse and drain. Use sprouts the same day, freeze remainder, serving without thawing and

REMOVE FROM BIRDS AFTER 6 HOURS

MEDIUM ORIGINAL SUPERFOOD &  SMALL SUPERFOOD SPROUTING METHOD: Click smaller fine seed insert into base of larger sprout cup with drain holes, fill the smaller measuring cup with well rinsed SPROUTING MIX, pour into sprouting cup. Rinse well & soak in warm water, lid on 12 hours.Then remove sprout cup insert from water cup, shake, rinse sprouts well, place sprout cup with sprouts back into empty water cup, sitting on rim to raise for drainage, place measuring cup on top upside down, stand until desired sprouting is complete. Use sprouts the same day, freeze remainder, serving without thawing and
