Orders will be dispatched once payment is cleared.

 AUSTRALIA WIDE FREIGHT NOTE:

• We do use different freight companies to give you the best possible price for your location.
• Please allow for variations on delivery estimations which vary according to your location, public holidays and pre/Christmas.

New stock for your order may be in transit to our warehouse, you will be advised if this is the case and details will be explained. Once this is done you are encouraged to contact us for further updates.

Please be aware we have no control on couriers once goods are collected with either your dispatch or our incoming stock. We do our best to keep you informed and should any products incoming not satisfy our human consumption standards, there will be a delay in chasing new supplies, please call/email/sms to follow up antyime.

Order tracking: you will receive an email with your consignment or reference number on dispatch so you can track directly through Freight Company URL we will provide or Australia Post.

Your goods must be inspected by you on receipt and storage instructions followed immediately as there will be no claims after 7 days.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Consumables must be stored immediately either in refrigeration, freezer or in airtight vermin proof containers in a cool dark place elevated from ground level with an air space underneath. A well sealed freezer is perfect.

If these instructions are followed your consumables should keep for up to 12 months.
